I am not entirely sure what is going on with this coin& I recently acquired my grandfather's coin collection and boy does he have a lot of "interesting" coins (to say the least!). I'm new to all of this so I'll try to not be annoying, but some of these coins make my eyes hurt just trying to figure out what's actually going on! That being said, thank you in advance for your help!

The date stood out immediately as it looks like it reads 19C3, but the whole front looks like there is "doubling".(to me, of course)

This coin has seen a lot of circulation and is worn down. the second 1 in the date may have taken a hit long ago moving the metal around some. Not really seeing any doubling on this coin though.

to CCF. Not seeing a doubled die either. If you can,in future posts please focus your camera a bit better.Looks like you also need to filter your light source a bit,too much glare. The better the photos you post, the better we can help you.

I agree, mushy and flattened devices due to 100+ years of circulation.
