It is Julia Domna Denarius VENVS FELIX Alexandria Mint What is the value of the coin in this condition? What is the rarity of the coin? Any information on the coin is welcome. After a few years of collecting and having obtained many examples and turned down many others I realised it was relatively common and is in fact probably the easiest Alexandrian Domna to obtain. Here are some that I obtained - each for less than $50, some a lot less. The better ones can demand $100+ from a dealer The IVLIA DOMNA AVG coins are much harder to obtain though I would still consider them to be scarce and not rare. I also think that the price for one of the most common coin of this type IVLIA AVGVSTA of Julia Domna is too high. And I found a similar denarius in my collection. Is it Alexandria mint?
