Yeah, if this came up for sale and I saw it, and could swing it, they couldn't take my money fast enough.

I notice that raw bust halves are a lot cheaper that slabbed ones. You can get XF coins under $100 raw if you look and have a bit of patience. Just an observation.

I would agree with this but in many cases the raw ones are cleaned to the point they would not straight grade. I have also seen many in TPG holders that have obviously been cleaned but for some reason got the pass.

I suppose, but in my experience, if I put this coin up unslabbed on my ebay store, it would not fetch less than $160, and probably a wee bit more.
