Very well struck and hard to tell from the photos but I see flatness on the hair. Can't tell if that's wear or just contact on the high points. I also can't give this one full torch. Just above the lower bands (which are Broken with contact marks) is a flattened area and a hit above that make it a non-fb for me. 1984 p is one of the 80's dimes that is easier to find in full torch. This in Uncirculated from the Denver mint would be a harder find in FB. It is beautiful tho!

lots of contrast on the reverse photo could be hiding hits, the gunk/stain near E Plu suggest this has circulated, but I don't know if a stain alone can disqualify a coin from MS

I keep looking at this coin and based on the photos (glare makes it hard) I would say circulated. AU 58

The flatness above the ear in the hair in multiple spots, the rim on the obverse at the top, and what looks like a break in the luster on the cheekbone are my area of concern. Oddly, however, I would expect to see wear on the torch flame which I don't. That might be because of the photo glare tho.
