Hello ! could someone help me to this roman coin. the right is clearly from Rhoemetalces I, king of Thrace, but the reverse should be with Augustus but it isn't the case and the reverse legend, incomplete, seems also to be the name of the thrace king.

Enough letters are malformed that I'd suspect it's an imitation, though I'm not familiar with Thracian coins and this just might be how they normally look. [EDIT: apparently it's not.]
I agree that the legend appears to be the same on both sides (give or take some specific details of malformation).
