Hi was hoping someone could tell me if this is a certain variety or error. I did check some of my books and some websites but didn't even really know what to call what I was looking for. Can anyone help me with this one? I would greatly appreciate any knowledge.
*I Should clarify the block looking 1 in the date is what I thought was weird. The die crack is probably normal for the older coins I'm just assuming

I'm going to answer my own question in case anyone is interested but I finally think I found it. It's variety LM RPD FS-1304.
