Please show the whole bill when posting.
Not sure of what you are referring to as a misprint, but if you are referring
to the black semi circles, that is probably from a tellers stamp, happens fairly often.
It has nothing to do with the actual printing of the Banknote.

I tried to get the whole bill, but it just kept resizing to fit the size correctly. I must've spent over an hour trying to figure it out! Lol. I need to play with the resizing feature to get it correct.

Thank you for your input and info. I had never seen that before on money, so now I know!
