The pictures aren't good enough but it looks lightly circulated. The best would be xf.

Never clean coins.
But I accidentally dropped some
gel hand sanitizer on a dime and gently
rubbed between thumb and finger.
Used microfiber cloth.
Surprisingly looked brand new.
Never clean.
