I was finally able to purchase a bottle of numismatic moonshine (Verdi-Care). I have never used it before. I do have quite a few cents that I would like to try and revive from spotting/gunk. Here are a couple examples of what I would like to correct. Any tips on how you would approach using Verdi-Care on these two examples would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have to humbly say Verdi-Care will not do anything for the 1908 . But with the 1902 ,first an Acetone soak to dissolve that reverse gunk ; Then apply VC with Q-tip into letters and numbers , etc with a final application of entire coin with very soft cloth .

Thank you! I will do exactly as you suggest to the 1902.

I may just sit the 1908 in some Acetone for a month or so and see what that does, can't hurt considering how it looks now.
