I have very recently begun looking at coins after obtaining a collection of sorts from a relative, so please be kind as it has been difficult to post lately with the responses. I got a better camera setup and started taking higher quality pictures as suggested. I also started looking at the whole coin instead of just known errors to see what I can see. This looked unusual and I know it is not a large area or defect, but is this the type of thing I can be on the lookout for? I also looked at some known errors, but how do I tell the difference between wear and the error for the last coin? Thank you in advance
