I think Coinfrog's assessment of VF35 is correct.
Too bad that step's not used in Canadian grading.
It should be.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

I've heard of VF-25 in US grading but not VF-35.

Are you saying that TPG's in the USA use VF20, VF25, VF30 and VF35?

Yes they do.
And I see that CCCS has recently graded some VF35s for one particular seller.

I was in the mid-VF area... Decent eye appeal. As I was instructed, there's a VF-30 that's at the top of VF-30 and then there's VF-30 that's at the bottom of VF-30.

I think it's a little high, if EF at all I would call it EF-40...I tend to agree with others that it is more of a high VF. I see too much wear especially on the hair.
