Chase007 Pillar of the Community United States 7510 Posts	Posted 03/11/2022 5:25 pm Your pics are good enough, I think it is one of these: 1990 1991 1992 1993 1994 1995 1996 1997 1998 1999 on the serious note, 99 would be my guess because on that year there were wide spread issues with struck thru. and Die wear on most denominations in particular,Quarters and Dimes. With all the fest of the coin not affected, the dies may have been wiped down with a cloth, moving more of the grease to the outer edges of the dies, filling on those areas on the dies. Nothing real special about this coin, but another educational piece to show and tell with a new collector. Report this Post to the Staff
