Are the lines on this Lincoln Cent from damaged planchette, on the die or PMD. Thanks for your input

Those appear to be linear plating bubbles.

Looks like real strong die scratches/very heavy roller lines. Note how the flow on the fields and and in the bays, but not on the building. This is not a Linear Plating issue. If it were, the lines would continue across the building. They don't.

I do not know the roller term. Could be and I will adopt if is. This coin seem to have very heavy die scratches. It is an 1990 penny. If was an planchet problem after strike will loose the lines on height relief. The plating defaults will also go away totally or partially after strike and the plating will not form so big continuous lines.
