I'm not sure if the striation lines are still on the fence. I can't be 100% positive until I send them in. Any info or comments appreciated. Thanks for looking Report this Post to the Staff

silviosi Pillar of the Community Canada 6244 Posts	Posted 04/02/2022 7:17 pm In general on clad improper annealing it is characterized by the color give by the Cu ions which move to the surface of the planchet. Your coin do not have this. Me I see an unproperly polish planchet and the unclean rolling residual burn on the surface in the procedures of annealing which is not improper annealing. There are copper and there are black ones labeled the same. That one happens to be black and copper with the crescent shape and striation lines.
