Hello everyone,I am still learning so any help is appreciated,not sure if this is a mint error or not,1974,Washington Quarter seems to be missing a large part below the tail,found in a coin roll.Thank you in advance.

Probably a grease-filled die issue. Please crop and enlarge your images, right-side up.
