Hi I have recently begun to collect quarters. I have a million pennies to sort but for now I'm into the bigger coins. I found this 1997 P quarter. I thought it was in pretty good condition. I am usually wrong though. Anyone got a eye for this feel free to grade.

It may be a bit late, but posting full, large and sharp pics of both sides would really help us better assess what you have. Given the one somewhat small photo posted, you're probably looking at the low AU range.

Always include both sides of the coin when posting, especially if want it graded.
Shouldn't matter too much about the grade, once it is circulated, it is worth 25 cents.
But I will agree that it is AU unless there is damage on the reverse.

By the photo is hard to say. Sorry, I will just say circulate. R and O are very important for evaluations

mid AU based on the obverse. it really doesn't matter what the reverse looks like its on worth spending

this is how many collectors started by looking through change and pulling coins they found interesting. keep on looking
