Are there any decent errors or varieties for this year and mint? Also, I would like everyone's opinion on grade for these 2 separate coins. The first pics are of an NGC graded coin and the other ones are of a coin I'm thinking about buying. Thanks in advance

All I want is some opinions on grades of the coins. I know it's not an error or variety. I just want the opinions of this select few....and the others
