I'll need one of the above MS70, and another graded PR70DCAM for my 21st Century Type Set. Not only do I not see any for sale (other than a set of five quarters by Sarasota Coin), but I don't see any firms offering them yet on pre-order.

Does anyone have an estimate as to when they may be available, even on pre-order?

Thanks.
Steve

I'm sure you can find the PR70 quarters somewhere. The proof set was released March 8th, I'm sure folks are waiting in the long lines at the graders.

Good luck on the MS70 quarters though, Highest I've seen is a MS68.

Steve,

I will offer you the same advice you offered to me, wait till the silver PF 70 quarters are available which should in about 3-4 weeks. I need one also for the type set, but I'll wait.

Understood. I will not play the game to try to send one in for grading. The purpose of my post was to find out if anyone knew if these were available for sale, or pre-sale?

Thanks.

Steve,

The Silver Proof set is coming out 3/29, the regular proof set came out 3/8. The only regular quarter released in rolls/bags has been Maya Angelou on 3/7. Still early for a lot to be in the market.

I saw ANACS PF70 sets on HSN the other night. Mike Mezack had a special ADVANCED RELEASE label made and was charging around $250 for the clad set.

Since my Registry set is with PCGS, I'll wait for one grded by them. Separately, Sarasota Coin is also selling that full quarter set, graded, but at a much lower price than Mike Mezack.

Thanks though, greatly appreciated!

There is an incredibly small chance that more than a handful of these quarters will grade MS70. They don't get the same type of treatment as, let's say, those 2021 Morgan dollars. So no presales really possible.

PCGS was giving out MA NWQ as samples at Long Beach, but not graded, just samples.

OK, thanks, but for the Registries, I need graded samples. I'll wait until they become available.
