Under liberty at bottom there are lines also around head and backside in same spot.

it looks like a fingerprint and some contact marks, not seeing any error.

Yup. The salt and oils on your hands leave something on the coins that are new. Before long they are permanently there altering the mint surface, to be removed by circulation wearing as the coins circulate.

That is damage. It is probably whatever damaged the 6 also damaged the rim.

Unfortunately with the lighting we can't see that area of the rim on the reverse. This area was not brought up as a concern on this cent in the post. It just caught my eye and thought I would mention it. If it were my coin I would want to see if it traveled from the reverse onto the reverse rim through to the obverse rim.
