Hello everyone. I have a 1999 Lincoln 1 cent which has some marks on the reverse. I would greatly appreciate any help to identify what type of marks they are. I can best describe them as: a dot below the "A" in "States", what appears to be lines above "E.Pluribus", and another set of shorter lines above that line. There is also a mark to the left of the memorial right next to the foot of the column. Is there anyone who can help me figure out what these marks are? I have uploaded an image. I am new to these forums and still trying to find my way around. I hope I am posting correctly and the image is clear. Thank you in advance.
Thank you all for the help. I did some research on this since posting. I think I will give this one back to Miss Piggy bank on my bookshelf. She is probably upset that I took a coin out of her collection.
