I'm finding this one weirdly difficult - mind you, I haven't spent a lot of time looking at this obverse or reverse. Key question is what's going on with the surfaces? Is that just an effect of the photograph? The detail is such that I think this is comfortably AU, possibly even MS. However the weird graininess of the surfaces, especially on the reverse, takes it down to EF.

Short answer is that I'm all over the place on this one.

Definite AU but I must agree with Silver101. There is something going on with the surface of the coin. (likely environmental imo)
