Really only see it in "rus". I'm not sure if it's Machine Doubling or actual DD. Thanks for any input.

JB I am not sure also, you know, by photos is hard then to have the coin in the hand. BUT I can say the "T" is strike over greases. The "RUS" BY PHOTO I will say a doubling from rectifying the working master hub die. Some will call different, but is just a kind of opinion on terminology.

Thank you Silviosi. I'm still very new to this so I'm not sure what rectifying the working master means but I'll look it up and become more knowledgeable in numismatics. We have to start somewhere.lol Thanks again for the info.

No problem for, always I will be glad to help, like all my life. http://doubleddie.com/58201.html on this link you will find how the Die are done, and when I say rectify it is because after many use must be rework to be competitive.

Also the die is starting the Ridge Ring issue. (or was polished and remove some devices) But it is not hub doubling. Also note the size of the devices are smaller, another clue the die had the fields reduced making the devices smaller and shorter in size.

Thanks everyone for the input. I see what you're talking about "ring issue". With every opinion it gives me something new to research and gain a bit more knowledge.
