BUT I can say the "T" is strike over greases. The "RUS" BY PHOTO I will say a doubling from rectifying the working master hub die. I'm still very new to this so I'm not sure what rectifying the working master means but I'll look it up and become more knowledgeable in numismatics. Also note the size of the devices are smaller, another clue the die had the fields reduced making the devices smaller and shorter in size. Report this Post to the Staff
