Hi, wwhitman, this is what it says for Victoria Grading System....

MS-60 obverse, There can be absolutely no wear on the hair and diadem, there may be a nick, a few bag marks or some discoloration, but a high degree of lustre or frost should remain.

Reverse- all detail in the wreath, crown and bow must be sharp and maple boughs clearly defined.

I would give it a MS-60.

it looks like MS to me too, and the obverse strike looks good.

Still a nice coin though. What is the spot newr the R in regina? I am currently upgrading my large cent set. Have all but four of the major varieties and all of my coins are in vf or better. Most in xf or better. Would like to upgrade to ms for all of them. If only had the money. Sigh.
