I was looking through my money and noticed this $50. I think it is considered a tri note. Not sure and I notice it has B in front of serial number and at the end. I have only seen different letters. Is this worth keeping?

Keep it if you want but for $50.00 I would spend it.
A tri note is something you find on ebay, not a collector note.
Also there would be 10 million printed with a BB suffix prefix
so it is no different from any other letter combination.

I don't believe this would carry a premium.

It might help to soak the bill in water and dry it off lightly with a cloth on a flat surface.
