Good evening, hunting some change and came across this little gem. The only interesting thing I see is indents on the rim of the coin that look like they were made by what ever makes the indents on the edge of the coins but these are raised and to the point of being able to feel this with my finger on the face of the rim. The indents are only on one side in front of Washington's face. Not sure if there is any value here but it is fascinating to see. Could someone help me understand how this might be described please. Thank you.
