Excellent example of a 1982-P ( minted in Philadelphia) small date copper cent with a large Cud, it does carry a nice premium any where from $60 to $90, but as mentioned before me it is not worth getting it graded. very nice Cud on this small date, and I'm going to guess Copper cent. I say copper because I don't see any zinc anywhere (at the Cud borders or in the deep scratches).
