2003 Cent Struck Through Something On Obverse

Had to really look at this to confirm as a struck through, no shifted metal or exposed zinc core in the creator was a dead give away though. It goes partially onto Lincoln's face so I want to assume a wire or something that could flex into the design in the die.
The colour is coming out a little weird it's more red then it looks.

Looks like a struck through wire. Note the trench is rounded on the bottom? A sure sign for a struck wire. Also not the ends are tapered or blunt. That is what you should see on the struck through wire.
