I'm a casual collector since childhood, but was also fortunate to have a family collection passed down to me ten years ago. I have an extensive foreign collection, largely from the 19th century, to which I add modern coins when I travel. I'm also about 2/3s of the way towards assembling a US type set. In addition to the type set, I'm also assembling a "crype set", namely a type set of the crappiest example of each coin type from my collection. Does anyone else have one of these?
