Can someone please tell me if this is an Error or just damage?
This coin weighs 5.1 grams.

There is no way for that to happen during the striking of the coin.
The damaged rims indicate that. It is PMD

those lines outside of IGWT are unusual, they are not parallel, but instead consistently at a particular angle relative to the edge of the coin

it's not obvious to me how random damage would have resulted in that, nor how a minting error would
