I'd say G details (environmental damage), very little value in this condition I'm afraid.

Rather than surviving 119 years in circulation it is more than likely a collector putting it back in the system . Good find .

An IHC found roll searching is a rare thing to happen. I think I have found around 5 ever and I have looked through a few cents in my day (check my total in my signature line) John1

I have found 3 IHCs during my days of coin roll searching. It definitely makes your heart skip a beat. The first time I found one the reverse was showing so I just assumed it was a foreign coin of some kind. When I flipped it over I almost fell out of my chair.
