Just found this yesterday while hunting a few rolls of quarters. First CPG listed State Quarter variety I've found. The comments on VV say FS-803, but this is a typo and the main page of VV has FS-801 written below the entry in red.

Looks like Wexler lists this one as a match to V.V DDR-018:

2007-P 25¢ WY WDDR-025
Looks like something in part of the DDR area and on other areas of the devices on that area. Probably a tooth pick would remove the accumulation on that area. I was surprised how many DDR's for this design on Wexler's site. (78 different dies listed so far)

@Coop yes, this one, 2005 MN, and 2015 Homestead have an insane number of DDR varieties. This is one of the best varieties in my opinion, since the second saddle horn is very strong and has good separation at an angle that makes it very visible
