Is anyone having issues with their proof set enrollment? I received an email from the mint that there were issues with my credit card and to call them. So I call them and they have me re-enter my card credit card at 4 times and it never works. I tried a 5th time but my phone keypad wouldn't allow any digits. This wasted 40 minutes of being on hold, them trying to figure out the problem, and me entering CC numbers. So I call back and get a different CSR. I explain the whole issue over again. She looks it all over again and sees no issues. Then I ask for a supervisor. Then more holding. Then she gets back on said she was working with next level and will have an order number for me. On hold again, on hold for over 15 minutes and the music stops, dead air for one minute and then disconnected. Another 45 minutes down the tubes. I call back for a third time, explain everything again and ask for a supervisor, on hold, come back no supervisor available. Then she says they have been having some issues with MasterCard. She then tells me a supervisor will call back ASAP. So 2 hours in and nothing. I call back today and ask for a supervisor, they say none are available again and that it takes 24 to 48 hours to a call back. So I just called for the 5th time asking for a supervisor. The supervisor is having a hard time connecting to the call. So I have supervisor on the phone right now and she tells me she can't do anything either it's an IT issue and said she is going to escalate the issue with the IT dept. She said she is currently documenting everything.
I placed an order last night on line to see if it would go through with my current credit card and that order went through fine, so I know it's not a credit card issue with my payment method. Had to send 16 bucks to find that out.
My main issue isn't with this enrollment, but the enrollments themselves. I need this issue cleared up before the Silver Eagle enrollments next week. I don't want to be shut out on the ASEs next week if my enrollments aren't working.
Sorry for the long post!

I get these emails all the time about a week before an enrollment kicks in. I just go to their website, sign in and click on the down arrow next to my name in the upper right hand corner of the page and get a drop down menu. I click on "My Enrollments" and then click on the enrollment in question. Click on "Billing and Delivery" and check the box for update payment. There should be at least two circles, one with your on file credit card last four digits and a highlighted one for "Enter a New Credit Card". Click on the one with the current card and make sure it has the correct expiration date. Scroll down and click on the red box "Update Order". Within a few seconds I get an email from them stating -
"This email is to notify you that the following change has been made to your United States Mint account..:"
I don't know if it is really necessary since my card on file information is always correct but I update anyway just to make sure. Sometimes I update all of the enrollments that have a date in the "Next Shipment" column.

I currently have five items in my enrollment list. I have not been notified (no e-mail) of yesterday's Proof Set sale, although I did login to my credit card company, and it shows a charge to me of $32, so I GUESS that set should be shipped to me sometime. Nothing is listed on my "Order History" for it though. In fact, my Order History shows all of the items I bought last year (enrollments and one-time buys) as being 'SHIPPED", but all of my purchases from 2014 to 2020 are listed as "PROCESSING". All my enrollments list a quantity of "1" (which is correct). Since I normally buy additional Proof copies of the Kennedy half and N.A. Dollar each year to stick in my Whitman folders, I decided to buy a second proof set today. Since it normally costs me $20-$25 for the extra two coins anyway, I figure a second set from the mint would actually save me a few bucks, since I'll be getting the extra A.W. proof quarters for about $10. That purchase is not yet listed on my purchase history either. Like I said, not really a 'problem', but the lack of correct communication is frustrating me a little.

Only issue I had is that I once changed my CC I use to pay as my old one got cancelled due to attempted fraud. I found you have to go into each and every enrollment and re-enter your payment info on each one of them.

Quote: I found you have to go into each and every enrollment and re-enter your payment info on each one of them. I'm not too sure that is the case anymore. Just the other day I had to enter my new CC number and expiration date into there system. One of the questions that came up up was "Apply this payment option to your enrollments?" I answered 'yes' and all was OK. then the 5th came around and my enrollment went in just fine.
