I haven't found a silver certificate in circulation for many years. I used to get them often from my paper route in 1971-72.

I haven't even been alive for 20 years!

My uncle found one this morning at a coffee shop, he sent a pic of it to me. I haven't found one in circulation.

Does getting some from a friendly bank teller that knows you like that sort of thing count? I have got a few, probably less than 10, that way over the years. I don't think I ever got one in an ordinary business transaction.
