It's a binary, but a tough decision to keep because of its denomination and general condition.

Some collectors have had sucess flattening notes inside of heavy books . I do not know the exact process though.

Can't imagine an ebay listing showing much of a profit after fees, but who knows these days. To me it's a spender in this denomination.
