A close-in, sharp photo of the mint mark would be useful. The 'features' in the vicinity of the nose and chin appear to be circulation hits taken long ago. Beware of Pareidolia.

 to the CCF What you see is damage. It is Impossible for additional numbers or letters to appear during the striking of a coin.

Thanks for the input from all it helps the reason I though they may be mint errors is the 1 and 2 look like they are rising of the coin not impress into the coin

They are rising because the metal has been displaced after it has been hit.

I thank you all for comments I should explain that I'm new to this my father passed about 4 months ago and I have been charged with doing something with his coin for my mother trying to get a full view of what he has and not giving away a good coin for nothing I have many questions that will follow with time so thanks to all in advance for your help

You have a damaged coin with hits that coincidentally resemble numbers. In these pics, the reverse also appears cleaned, but that may be a lighting issue. I would place the value at less than $10.

Not sure why coins were turned side ways that's not the way I posted them as for the reverse of the coin that was a mistake on my part wrong reverse was posted the reverse was from a 1946

I do have to ask when they talk about DD they don't real talk about the reverse side of the coin does the DD to the reverse add value to the coin I have a1954 plain with a lot of DD and a 1949 D with DD on the reverse

Your question is unclear. Please post sharp images of any coins you believe show reverse DD, one date per thread.
