Hi there all,

I am slowly (very slowly) going through my world coins and posting my duplicates in the for sale section. Because I do not have a recent guide I am comparing prices and trying to pick what suits best by checking on ebay.

Here is my issue (one of many lol)

I have a 1924 50 centimes coin from france, when I looked it up there are only a couple of listings. 2 that have way lowered prices but also coins that you can barely make out. the third listing says this is a scarce date coin and is selling his for a buy it now price of $20+ shipping. Now my coin is in waaaay better shape but I was worried that he may be listing as scarce as a way to dupe people into buying his coin.

any information available on the above mentioned coin would be extremely helpful.

thanks

France 50 centimes 1924 is by no means a scarce coin. Mintage 97+ million
F $0.15, VF $0.25, EF $1, UNC $3.
Out of this series, only 1923 has a higher mintage and is priced lower.
