They were sold for a discount because of a problem, and often that problem was toning. This one is probably just overly scratched. MS-62 tops? Hard to see, not much light on the coin. I'm seeing a lot of rub but I'm not seeing the tarnish/scratches noted on the insert other than the reverse marks which dont appear to be bad enough to detail the coin. the photos are a little blurry but the coin still looks like a typical GSA MS63 coin and imo certainly not less than 62. value wise there is not a whole lot of difference between MS61 and MS63 Report this Post to the Staff
