I have a 1964 set with no MM and was curious what you think DDR? Or Machine Doubling?

Type A quarter, and the E look like this because of the plastic holder. You have one of the late 1964 strike, characterized by very week strike.

. Can you remove the coin from its' holder and take new pics? The "E" looks like a lighting issue not a DDR.

As you can see the picture I took was without the plastic holder and no lighting issue the two pictures of the whole coin was in plastic the closeup was taken outside the plastic case.
