I know yall getting tired of me posting coins that never pan out, but this one has me stumped! That MM looks funny but can't tell if it's zinc popping through, also see some weird thickness throughout, with notches and extensions almost, just wanted to get others opinions

Me I am not tired for this. the 1 and the D are the point. From my prospective, you have type A 1983 D who run till and of July 1983 and no variety observed. Let the DD's specialiasts to pronounce. The "1" is funny and I think was obstructed Die. No variety, no error, just event.

With specific regard to the mintmark, there is some split plate doubling. The exposed zinc core will start to deteriorate since it isn't fully covered by the copper plating.

Thanks guys! Thought I at least an RPM,but started looking closer, that's when I saw the eye, the 1, extra thickness at the bottom of majority of LIBERTY, not to mention the tails on some, then seems to be thick at base on IN and G with notches/trails, not sure what's happening at the top of T And R, but the bottom seems to have those thick spots as well! But it was late, I see my pics aren't great, will see if I can get better/lighter pics when I get off
