I'm buying this for $80 what do y'all think the grade is, I know because of the graffiti it hurts it, but it looks like it has somebody's name and a date of 1895 on it.

Looks like a nice high XF or low AU coin priced right with the graffiti. I like the coin details. Coin will have a limited audience of buyers due to the damage but it seems priced well. Enjoy.

Shame about graffiti. It really ruins a coin for me completely. So it would be details, but judging from the wear it looks higher than VF30 like it says on the card. I'm looking at a graded XF40 now and it is in worse shape than yours. Although I don't think it will be much higher, maybe XF details - horrible graffiti.

looks like a flat strike on both sides. I think it could make VF35 details

XF40 Details, cleaned, graffiti. A cleaning I could possibly live with, but I personally could not look past graffiti that obvious.

I'm in the EF Details camp. There is some luster visible around the second star. The graffiti is tough. It looks like the coin didn't circulate after the graffiti, because it is deep, reflective, and sharply scratched.

Here is something comparable that sold and it's dug a little deeper into the coin, and this one is a little more worn
