Sal1974 New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 04/16/2022 2:25 pm I'm new to this forum. I was given this bill yesterday at the bank. It does not seem to be painted, I already tried scratching it with my nail to see if any paint came off, but none did. If anyone can give me any information I'd appreciate it, thank you.
