Although I am not a fan toned coins in high condition, I have to admit that for older copper and bronze coins, my wishes are mostly forlorn. So, I have to accept that for such a coin pictured, the toning is very far from unacceptable.
Hit on the 'O' of 'ONE' doesn't help. Slight weakness on the wheat ears may due to wear, not long after entering circulation, long since toned over. Thus, I agree with Coinfrog's grading.
