I am curious if these are official stamps or just for marketing purpose. Normally there are letters. But mine has stars and a moon. Like the flag of turkey but in reverse

It's not official. I'm not even sure it is for marketing purposes.

Most likely someone simply using an old worn out chunk of metal which was at hand on which to try out those various punches.
