Not sure about a numerical grade but looks Uncirculated with the usual bagmarks. The old halfpenny was demonetised on August 1, 1969, so 1967 ones were only in circulation for 18 months or so at the most. They are so common that the owner of my LCS has a bag of them and tips a few into his 10p junk tray every so often. Incidentally this is the more common type with a narrow rim on the obverse. There is a slightly scarcer variety with a broad obverse rim. Some sources state that the narrow rim variety were struck in London and the broad rim type in Llantrisant.
