actually quite a nice strike for the year. we normally see soft strikes for the 90(O). although you can see some weakness in the wings the breast is well defined. based on the photos looks like all the luster is there although subdued in places. maybe it had a light dip along the way. I think the surface preservation is very good with minor chatter on the jaw and neck. the biggest mark is the hit on the eyelid. depending on how nice the luster is in hand it can go MS63+ and maybe 64. again the price you cant beat. you stole these

I agree with the MS-63+/MS-64 possibility. This may be 1890-O VAM-14A. Nice coin, and well done for the price.
