I suspect that it was insufficient metal in the planchet. Looking for opinions on sending in for grading error cert. Report this Post to the Staff

I have a graded eagle that came with a struck-thru error in the form of a weird black line. Struck-thru fiber of some type but the strike-thru was actually a dark color.
