Are those spots on hair, carbon spots?. Having looked at thousands of 65,66 and 67 slabbed Lincolns that coin is 64-65 or slightly higher. Very interested in how you view the coin?

HINTS: The surfaces are matte-like, very reflective. Strong IDT halo on the reverse, that is not toning, just how my setup picks it up because it reflects light differently. It's also around the portrait. The obverse, right field distractions are greatly amplified by my setup but they exist.
