The most important question I failed to pose is "Could this coin meet the minimum requirements necessary for a MS65+ CAC designation upon a regrade?

On a somewhat related note I recently contacted the editor for the Greysheet; he indicated that the inclusion of + grades may become an integral part of their pricing hierarchy: nothing definite yet...

This could possibly have some remote bearing on CAC's decision to consider + grades in light of the sometimes arduous task of finding them stemming from the lack of a convenient and reliable point of reference for these upgrades etc.
