Pre-COVID, my local coin shop had bins of generic coins that I could sort through to hopefully find nice pieces. They stopped this practice during the lockdowns and have only recently returned to normal (more or less). I was able to find this Walker yesterday which I thought was a good deal for $15. Thoughts?

I have been a 'junker', rather than a noodler or CRH'er, for most of my numismatic life.
Experience has proven to me that numismatic scarcities and bargains are easier to find.
