Is this a variety? If so, what is the #?

Sharper pics may help, but I'm relatively confident based on this image to call it RPM-001 FS-501. MM location does not match the other RPM's for this year. You can make out the extra "loop" on the upper inside portion of the S. Enough of a "spread" there for the variety. Circulation flattening makes it a bit tough to judge though. Nice find!

Can we get a full obverse and reverse shot?

This last mm shot shows how a device can appear to have doubling but instead has what I call ghosting depending upon the angle of incident lighting.

But it's difficult to say that the alleged doubling is all from the skewed lighting...

Hope this clarifies the issue somewhat more:

A FS-501 in VG-8 bumps it up from $90 to $200 retail per PCGS' CoinFacts: worthwhile taking shots for uploading.
